We are constantly trying to reduce our body weight

But there is only one weight you need to lose

The invisible but deeply felt internal weight that you have been dragging around

Lose the weight of the unrealistic expectations you set on yourself

Lose the weight of the disappointments you have been carrying around

Lose the weight of societal expectations

Lastly, lose the weight of all the guilt and regret of your past mistakes

When you lose that weight, you will feel light as a feather, and perhaps life will be more peaceful.
