What do I do when I feel hopeless?

In a hopeless situation, when nothing is working, and you feel everything, and everyone is working against you, don't fight it, but give up.

You think a situation is hopeless because that’s your perspective. It’s your interpretation of reality. But that does not mean you should invalidate your feelings and emotions resulting from that situation.

We feel sad and hopeless because a situation did not work out in our favour. We need to take time to mourn the loss of something that did not happen for us, and only then can we keep fighting for what we want.

Giving up does not mean we abandon our goals but rather taking a break and mourning the loss, which will give us the strength to shift our perspective. It will help us redefine our reality, achieve our goals, or try again.
